JSS 2025: A True Surfcaster's Blitz

The doors opened on Feb 15, 2025 @ 8:30 a.m. at the Brookdale CC in Lincroft, NJ — it was a massive blitz of eager surfcasters hitting their favorite booths for the next 5-6 hours.

We thank the hundreds of loyal customers and new customers who stopped by to see us or meet us for the first time. It is always a privilege to shake the hands and put a face to the voice to anyone who puts their faith in our reels. We truly enjoyed being able to explain the effort and pride that goes into a Z, and why others can’t do what we do.

Another special part of this event was introducing THE DREAM REEL 2.0 initiatives to help David Leonard and his family. To the many who donated — we can’t thank you enough! Every little contribution adds up to making a BIG difference for David and his family. For the last 21 years, David has been living with Lissencephaly, and with tremendous support from his parents, bothers and sister, he is beating all odds. The family includes David in everything they do on a daily basis to make sure he experiences as much as life has to offer. In addition to helping David, they have also helped many other children and veterans living with disabilities throughout the years, while managing their own household challenges.
